Privacy Policy

Version 2026-07-29 · Effective July 29, 2026

This explains what LumaInvoice collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who is responsible

Good Store Group LTDA
CNPJ 52.331.136/0001-88
Rua Joaquim Leão, 191, Pitangueiras
Lambari, MG, Brazil, 37480-000

2. Two kinds of data

The difference matters, so it comes first.

Your account data. What you gave us to open and run the account: your name, email, phone, company details and logo. We decide how this is handled, and this policy covers it.

Your business data. What you type into the app about your own work: your customers, their contact details and addresses, your estimates, invoices, prices and expenses. This is yours. You decide what goes in and what comes out — we only hold it and process it on your instructions.

3. What we collect

No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no third-party pixels.

4. Why we use it

We do not sell data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Your customers' data

When you enter your customers' names, phone numbers, emails and addresses, they are relying on you, not on us. You are the one who decides what to collect and why. Our job is to keep it safe and to do only what you ask with it.

If one of your customers asks you to correct or delete their information, you can do it in the app. If they contact us directly, we will point them to you.

6. Who else touches the data

Only the suppliers we need to run the service:

Each one gets only what it needs for its part. We do not give data to anyone else, unless a court order requires it.

These suppliers operate in different countries, so data may be stored outside where you live.

7. Public document links

When you send an estimate or invoice, the link carries a long random token. It is not a sequential number and it cannot be guessed by trying nearby addresses. These pages tell search engines not to index them.

That said, anyone holding the link can open the document. Send it only to the person it is for.

Public pages show the document. They never show your costs, your expenses or your margin.

8. Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The app keeps your session token and your language choice in your browser's local storage, which is what lets you stay signed in. Clearing your browser data signs you out.

9. How long we keep it

10. What you can ask for

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or give it to you in a portable format. Most of this you can do yourself in the app — the export is CSV and it is yours to take.

For anything else, write to contato@goodstoregroup.com. We answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, Brazilian law (LGPD), European law (GDPR) or state law in the United States may give you these rights formally. We apply them to everyone regardless.

11. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt and cannot be recovered by us. Each account's data is isolated at the database level, so one account's queries cannot reach another's. Backups run daily and are verified.

No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Children

LumaInvoice is a tool for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

13. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we email you at least 30 days ahead. The version and date at the top of this page always show what is in force.
