Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-29 · Effective July 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Good Store Group LTDA for the use of LumaInvoice. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Good Store Group LTDA
CNPJ 52.331.136/0001-88

2. What LumaInvoice does

LumaInvoice is software for service businesses to create estimates and invoices, track payments, record expenses and read reports on their own numbers.

We provide the software. The work you sell, the prices you charge and the agreements you make with your customers are yours alone.

3. Your account

You need to give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

4. Free trial

New accounts get 30 days free. No credit card, no charge, and nothing renews on its own at the end. When the trial ends, the account moves to the limits in section 6 until you subscribe.

5. Plans and payment

One plan, two ways to pay: USD 19.99 per month or USD 199.99 per year. Every feature is included and there is no cap on how many documents you create.

6. When a subscription ends

If your trial runs out or a payment fails, you keep read access. You can still open your documents, download PDFs and export your data as CSV.

What stops is creating new documents until payment is current.

We never lock you out of your own records. If you close the account, we keep the data for 90 days so you can change your mind or export it, then delete it.

7. Your data belongs to you

Everything you put in — customers, documents, prices, expenses — stays yours. We store and process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train anything.

You are responsible for the personal data of your own customers that you enter: for having the right to hold it, and for using it lawfully. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use LumaInvoice to send fraudulent invoices, to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to try to reach another account's data. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and will tell you why.

9. Not financial, tax or legal advice

The reports in LumaInvoice — profit and loss, cash flow, job margin, sales — are calculations run on the numbers you entered. They are a management tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional.

LumaInvoice does not issue tax documents and does not file anything with any tax authority. Charging the right taxes and meeting your reporting duties is on you.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service up and to hold recent backups, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or that it will be free of faults. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control can take it offline.

Keeping your own exports of anything critical is a good idea.

11. Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages arising from your use of LumaInvoice.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you at least 30 days ahead. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. Each version is dated, and the date at the top of this page is the one in force.

13. Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you want, from the app or by emailing us. We may end the agreement if you break these terms or fail to pay, after telling you and giving you a chance to fix it.

14. Governing law

Brazilian law governs these terms. The courts of Lambari, Minas Gerais, Brazil have jurisdiction, except where consumer law where you live gives you the right to your own local courts.
